Gourmet toasties
The reason people talk about this place. Proper bread, proper fillings, pressed until the cheese does that thing. New combinations land all the time.
look at that melt ↓… wait, ↑Homeland is the little corner coffee shop at 1 King William Street, Kent Town. Weekdays from 7am, gone by 2.30pm.

Homeland is exactly what the logo says it is. A small crew, a corner spot on King William Street and a simple promise: coffee worth crossing the road for, toasties worth queueing for.
Kent Town workers, locals and anyone wandering off Rundle Street, pull up a stool. We will look after you.

Before the toasties got famous, the coffee did the heavy lifting. Smooth, consistent and ready the moment the doors open at 7, because Kent Town does not wait around.
Have it at a stool in the sun, at the window watching King William Street wake up or in a takeaway cup with the two little mates drawn on the side.
Real photos from the corner. Follow along on Instagram for specials, new toasties and the occasional adventure.
